Since more than 10 years Automation is exclusive distributor in Belgium for stationary sealed and vented lead acid batteries.
The sealed lead-acid batteries are composed of 2 different technologies: AGM and GEL
AGM (Absorbed Glass Mat) technology.
In this technology we offer different series depending the required application and battery lifetime (following Eurobat Standard at 20°C) :
- FG-Series : standard, 5 years, from 1,2 to 200Ah.
- FGH-Series : High Rate (more power), 5 years, from 5 to 18 Ah.
- FGHL-Series : High Rate (more power), Long Life (5-9 years), from 5 to 11 Ah.
- FGC-Series : for cyclic application (electric lawn mowers, electric powered mobility vehicles, toys, photovoltaic systems), from 18 to 42 Ah.
- FLB-Series : Highlite 10 years, optimal performances for applications requiring higher capacities (26 - 135Ah) during short and middle long autonomies, typical application : UPS'es
- XLB-Series : Highlite 10-12 years, excellent performances at all discharge rates, from 82 to 130Ah.
- SLA-Series : Monolite +12 years, for critical applications where security and reliability are important, from 12Ah to 1000Ah.
- UMTB-Series : Monolite +12 years, same performance as SLA-Series but in 19" format, typical for Telecom applications, from 40 to 180Ah.
Gel Technology
- SMG-Series : battery with positive tubular plates with gelled electrolyt, 18 years, especially suited for higher autonomies, from 200 to 3000Ah.
Vented batteries come in four families:
- PMF and LM batteries with tubular positive plates, with a design life of 15 years and more, ranging from 25 to 3500Ah and ok for cyclic use.
SD-SDH batteries with pasted positive plates, 15 year design life, from 80 to 2320 Ah for UPS-use.
SGL-SGH Planté batteries with 25 years design life, from 75 to 2600Ah.
